The article is analyzing some key aspects in interlinking globalization on the one hand and linguistic environment of the contemporary Russian politics - on the other hand. The main tasks of the developed research re formulated for revealing subject characteristics in intercommunication within the p...roblematized field “language - politics - globalization”. As the communicatively determined phenomenon globalization can be described - mostly metaphorically - from the viewpoint of “flows”. They are including material, financial, technological, human, informational and symbolical ones. The basic problem of conceptualization concerning the theme of “language and globalization” consists in meeting the question: what is maintenance of this “flow” in the given case. It is clear enough that languages as such - dew to many causes - cannot be transferred at will in a space and time. Methodological solutions as presented in scientific literature are focused to different modes of identification. This is for instance the traditional sociological analysis of international linguistic situations in different scales or the “sociolinguistics of distribution”; also it could be a paradigm of language ecology which is defining threatens toward ethno cultural diversity from the “linguistic neo-imperialism”; it may be ascent on discursive and symbolic “flows” and also - “sociolinguistics of mobility” and availability of communication resources. In conformity with language of politics the impact of globalizing factors is taking place through wide lexical borrowings and renovation of vocabulary on the one hand, and alongside of emerging of new discursive styles. One of the models of that kind which is explored in the contexts s discursive stylistics (as different from traditional functional stylistics) is managerial one.

Society does not accept people with a different way of thinking, different appearance, beliefs and way of life and sexual orientation. For society these people are strangers, but the principles of to...lerance forcethe society to find an approach to those members of the society who are not similar. It is well known that many European countries are developing and implementing programs of tolerance towards migrants. Most Western countries are characterized by their tolerant attitude toward gay members, what can not be said about Russia. Adoption of a law banning promotion of homosexuality in Russia caused a heated debate worldwide. As a result, gay members are afraid of going to our country. Many athletes and show business stars supporting the LGBT movement refused to take part in the Olympic Games in Sochi. Around the world in varying degree there is homophobia. And, of course, gay members in show businessare under scrutiny, and it is sometimes the most difficult thing to hide such relationships, although some say it openly, which causes different effect on their popularity. The authors of the article study people's attitude to “alien” in modern society in different countries, as well as consider the specifics of the "alien" according to the country in which he is located. An important aspect of positive perception of "alien" is an attempt to consider him as an "other" that is the foundation of a tolerant attitude.

This article is devoted to the alimentary culture of the Other. The authors suggest that the perception of the Alien passes through a set of clearly-determined parameters, one of which is alimentary culture. Looking at someone unkown, we are trying to analyze him and understand him through the prism... of what he eats, and thereby accept him or decline. On the one hand we are afraid of his eating habits, and at the same time we are always interested in what he eats. Can't we eat the same food? We pathologically afraid of the fact, that he is able to eat our reserves, and at the same time it is easier for us to accept him, if his eating habits are close to ours. Being practically an absolute metaphor, the food helps us to classify the Stranger, to give him a clear definition, and ultimately, perhaps, find a dialog with him, while showing interest in what he eats. This explains why suddenly a foreign cuisine becomes the В«trendВ», and a part of our mass culture. This allows us to understand the Other, making him В«the same as we areВ». We are ready to be suspicious of the Americans, but willingly eat American burgers. We are not always able to establish dialogue with the Japanese and the Chinese, however, we rush in sushi bars and Chinese restaurants. All this allows us to come to a conclusion about the importance of nutritional markers in developed of the dialogue with the Stranger.

The author analyzes four thematic platforms of the "Eastern Partnership" -ntion has been paid to the energy aspect of the cooperation. Thanks to its advantageous geographical position and considerable energy resources, Azerbaijan has become an active participant in energy programs, developed by the European Union for the Black Sea and Caspian Sea region. The EU countries are seeking to diversify energy supply. On the 14 of January 2011 the Joint Declaration on the supply of Europe by Azerbaijani gas via the Southern Gas Corridor was signed between the European Union and Azerbaijan. By this declaration and the future construction of the Trans-Anatolian (TANAP) and the Trans-Adriatic (TAP) pipeline, Azerbaijan has recomended itself as a reliable energy partner of Europe. However, despite some positive results, which were achieved in the framework of the "Eastern Partnership", such as the inflow of additional investment in the economy, energy partnership, educational programs, the agreement on the visa liberalisation, the Azerbaijani leadership is not quite pretty by this cooperation. Instead of the Association Agreement, Azerbaijan is committed to sign the Strategic Modernisation Partnership with the EU.
