Annotation

The paper reveals the mechanism of prior state financial control, covers the main purpose of the preliminary state financial control. Submitted to audit documents regulating the procedure of preliminary state financial control of the Astrakhan region. Author of the article analyzed the Law of the Astrakhan region on the budget for 2014 and the planning period of 2015 and 2016 from the perspective of external verification.
