Annotation

The article analyzes the views of representatives of Russian social and political thought at the beginning of the nineteenth century on the evolutionary emergence of political party system in the UK. The social, political and economic peculiarities of Russia, the influence of English constitutional monarchy with a strong socio-political role of the parties and the Parliament on the further political development of the country. In the early nineteenth century in the conditions of necessity of political modernization in the Russian social and political thought have a natural interest in the party and political system of Great Britain. The revival of social and political thought demanded rational appeals to the experience of the construction and operation of state institutions in Western Europe. In Russia, where historically have not been interested engine liberal-bourgeois reforms - the middle class, 20's. nineteenth century ideas of reforming the state, limit autocracy until its destruction and the introduction of the Republican principles proclaimed the best representatives of the liberal and radical nobility.
