The small-family tax which is have been recently discussed by Russian officials was taken in the USSR in 1941, when the country badly needed in increasing of demographic and financial growth. The Soviet Union is not the first and not the only country which introduced this tax. The problems of family relations have touched many countries of the world. Not only Russia faced the problem of unwillingness of young people to make families and give birth to children, but also Japan (parasite single), Italy (bamboccioni) and other countries. Will such tax help to increase demographic growth in the Russian Federation inmodern conditions? How will such introduction on people who follow the childfree ideology? The main factor of successful demographic policy is creation of worthy social and financial life conditions for citizens.
