Features of modern regional security system in the Caspian region

Within the framework of the existing system of international relations, there are three relatively independent levels of security: international; regional; the security of individual countries. Each of these levels has its own, certain forms of security. The Caspian region is a set of interrelated issues that affect the interests of all the littoral states and decide that it alone can not solve. Mutual concerns and common perception of security is so intertwined between the countries of the Caspian region, that their national security problem can no longer be considered and dealt with individually, ie This is a particular form of the interdependence of nations, manifested both in terms of competition, and common security interests, which thus forms a complex and regional security. Therefore, regional security can be defined as the state of relations in the framework of the specific regional security complex in which all the related entities provided by the existence of a reliable and stable development. The regional security system is established and maintained with the help of certain mechanisms (organized or unorganized), which together with their subjects using forms model of regional security in the region.
