Modern Russian education and “Bologna system”: Constructing the Future

Annotation

The article deals with the issues of the current stage of the national educational system development. The author identifies positive and negative aspects of the “Bologna system”, examines the historical parallels. The author notes that the process of “bacheloristion” leads to a change in the philosophy and ideology of education that the educational process is going according to a plan of an English globalization process that the unwinding of one-way mobility, suggest that Russia is working against a well-designed, well-planned and paid long-term destructive education strategy.
