Annotation

A key role in the formation of personality plays an understanding of the subject of how he is able to understand and monitor the implementation of their desires, as the need may be controlled based on a condition that the existence, at the expense of some internal features of human development takes discernment of meaning of subjective and objective motivation, which is to that man is not enough knowledge about their needs, thereby impaired ability to detect an association between the need, objects and means of meeting the needs. The main objective of predetermined formulation and solution of specific research objectives: 1) to differentiate the meaning-mechanisms of internal and external motivation; 2) determine the sources of internal and external motivation; 3) to justify the link between the formation of primary and secondary needs and how this fact is reflected in the differentiation of the motivation. Methodological and theoretical basis for this article is substantionally-active approach to social and philosophical theory, according to which the motive is related to value preferences in human activity, and its essence is characteristic preference for something something. Along with this, the applied methods of comparative, structural and functional analysis. Several starting article is based on the works of contemporary domestic and foreign scientists: M. Weber, V. A. Ivannikova, P. L. Karabushenko, K. H. Momdjian, N. Luhmann.
