Choice of criteria for the automated control system for educational process of college

Annotation

The analysis of a choice of criteria is provided in article for an automated control system for educational process of college. The choice of these criteria is a necessary condition for design of an automated control system by educational process of college. Now for establishments of secondary vocational education (SVE) the problem of increase of efficiency of quality of educational process, and also providing new level of controllability at the expense of creation of a common information space of college is actual. Improvement of a control system by educational process on the basis of effective use of information and communication technologies within uniform educational space even more often leads to that establishments of system of SVE use information systems for the management. It, in turn, demands revision of a paradigm of a development of education which is expressed in need of attraction of new information tools for increase of efficiency and quality of educational process in average educational institutions. Need of formation of the new principles of management is caused also by that in education instruments of management are still used by marketing and management in insufficient degree. The developed and reasonable systems of indicators of quality are presented in article at creation of an automated control system by educational process of college. The important place is thus allocated for questions of an assessment and quality control of educational process which are carried out on the basis of the developed criteria. As a result of the conducted research the criteria, allowing to estimate quality of educational process in college at levels of a separate educational program, groups, office and college as a whole are revealed.
