The author on the basis of the analysis of sources and memoir literature investigates the history of deliveries on the lend-lease through the territory of Iran. According to his opinion, the propagation by the United States of law about the lend-lease in Iran, became the decisive factor, which made "Persian corridor" by the second in a quantity of transported loads route.
