Кластерный подход как инструмент обеспечения экономической безопасности Каспийского региона
Аннотация
The article examines the possibility of economic security maintenance of the Caspian Region analyzing cluster policy and development of transborder clusters. The authors review the approaches to the economic security, identify the relationship between economic security and cluster policy, and emphasize the main theoretical approaches to cluster development that reflect its multidimensionality. The article presents a generalized list of economic benefits of cluster approach implementation. Special attention is paid to the experience of clustering of the economy in the countries of the Caspian Basin.
