The article is about the factors determining the Azerbaijani-Turkish cooperation in the field of economic security and its institutional base. The article is important in terms of studying the main directions of international cooperation in ensuring economic and energy security. It is a fact that Turkey has been in need of natural gas supply through the Trans-Caspian gas pipeline since the beginning of the 20th century, part of which goes to Europe. As a result, Turkey’s economic interests depend on Azerbaijan’s natural resources.
