This researcher focuses on the need of revising a model of economic development aimed at capital strengthening carelessly using the resources. At the same time, due to the recent research, the concept of the “full world” can be wider interpreted taking into consideration economic, technological and ecological components. For instance, the authors of the Club of Rome’s anniversary report address to the concept. The present article attempts to analyze sort of a collision between “biological” and “political” market in the report of the Club of Rome as well as social risks the human being of the “full world” faces. Basing on the analysis of the named sources, the article concentrates on the opportunity to broaden the concept of biopolitics in comparison to previous ones, for example in Michel Foucault works. The “full world biopolitics” is, on the one hand, a set of strategies implying the use of anti-crisis measures, and on the other hand, it implies some kind of global political rationality.
