Annotation

System training in a rapidly developing digital economy will require significant changes in the methodology and quality of the educational process, clarification and adjustment of the most general vector of higher education. The most popular professions today are the specialties from the group of IT-technologies. It is in their midst that the most important (fundamental) professional conflicts arise, related to the definition of a common vector for the development of new technologies. Most often we are talking about the latest methods of training professional staff. Obviously, the specific improvement in the quality of this prestigious education should be formulated within the framework of a political response to the systemic demands of the 21 century. Russia has a rich experience in implementing similar projects. Domestic science tries to work on advancing, and tries to form and formulate an agenda.
