Annotation

The article is devoted to the consideration of international intergovernmental organizations of Europe as a source of foreign policy influence on the presidential elections of 2014 in Ukraine. Foreign policy influence facilitates the holding of "color revolutions" in some countries, with the aim of changing the ruling regime and thereby interfering in the internal affairs of the state. Therefore, the legitimacy of the newly elected government depends to a large extent on foreign policy factors, on recognition from outside. In this sense, international intergovernmental organizations play a huge role, acting as instruments for implementing foreign policy and demonstrating the effectiveness of a mild systemic impact on political processes in a single country
