Annotation

As we move to the North Caucasus Russia to develop trade and economic relations between indigenous peoples and Russian. The Russian government sees trade as a means of rapprochement of the peoples of the North Caucasus with the Russian population, the peace of the first submission. As the settlement and economic development of the region, drawn into the edge in the all-Russian market.
