In the context of globalization of the world economy for most countries are becoming increasingly important problems related to ensuring of openness of national economies, their integration into the world economy. Due to this, they seek to extract economic benefits from participation in the international division of labor. One of such effective tools that promote the involvement of national economies into the world economy, the recovery of foreign trade, became a special economic zone (SEZ), which allow countries to implement, first of all, regional advantages in accelerating economic growth, socio-economic development of territories. In the Astrakhan region in 2014 launched a special economic zone В«LotusВ», which aims to contribute to the strengthening of economic positions of Russia in the Caspian region.
