Increase employee efficiency has always been a major management challenge for an effective manager. In the Russian Federation today, one of the tools of reforming the national system of performance management acts «effective contract». Narrows the understanding of the instrument as a refinement of the content of the labor contract settlements, does not allow to fully appreciate the complexity of the whole idea of ​​the author of the innovation. «Effective contract» is, above all, the list of mutually beneficial working conditions between employees and employers aimed at introducing transparency in remuneration on the one hand and the formation of loyalty, engagement and job satisfaction of the parties of labor relations with the other hand.
