Annotation

The article reveals the features of the book by English author Adam Fletcher, who lives and works in Germany and knows the German daily routines and culture enough to tell the reader about it and explain many strange moments. From this book we learn about the most typical German habits and behavior, that the Germans throw garbage separately, like bio-products, drink Bionade, apfelshorle and mixed drinks, have mixed feelings towards Berlin and hate Bavaria, trust what is written in "Spiegel Online ", breakfast very long, speak out freely about what they think, and use english words in their speech , while trying to maintain their German identity.
