The increase in the array of scientific literature and publications in scientific journals due to the need for the appearance of review articles comparative and analytical analysis. This article attempts to analyze the publications of scientific journal devoted to social and political topics. Sufficiently capacious and well presented studies combining historical events and their interpretation, political commentary significant social phenomena, philosophical understanding of the phenomena of the real world. Objective: to track the level and quality of scientific knowledge on these topics, identify the publication activity of scientists to trace the emergence of scientific schools and trends in the regional dimension, to designate points of growth for new authors.
