Annotation

In offered article the author carries out the comparative analysis of a current state of confessional policy in three subjects of the Russian Federation making the territory of Northern Prikaspi: Astrakhan region, Republic of Kalmykia and Republic of Dagestan. The author analyzes modern confessional policy in these regions at three levels: mega-, macro - and micro, also reveals the main problem points. In article it is shown that practically in all Northern Prikaspiy the main problems in the field of confessional policy arise at megalevel and are connected with transnational religious networks of various confessional orientation. In the regional plane it isn’t possible to resolve them at this stage yet due to the lack of distinct both state and regional confessional policy. On macro and microlevel problems are solved by local authorities and interfaith communities at the level of boundaries - and intra confessional dialogue.
