Sulimin Aleksandr N.

Annotation

The article considers the transformation of state institutions at the present stage of political development. The author believes that at the heart of modern globalization is the ideology of neoliberalism which ignores the role of the state as a socio-economic actor of the world political system. The domination of private interests in world politics leads to the denationalization of the political elites, to the emergence of corporations of the state as a new form of socio-political reality. Globalization based on the theory of В«open marketsВ» marked the dominance of big capital in the form of transnational corporations in many countries that use the state as an instrument of profit. The national elite, expressing the interests of corporatocracy becomes part in a maximum profit due to maximum reduction of social policy. The author notes that Russian policy is held in the waterway of corporations who are interested in the development of the commodity sector and to maximise income from energy exports, to the detriment of the system of national economic development. Therefore there is a necessity to return of the modern Russian politics of culture and values. The Ukrainian crisis, economic and ideological crisis of the United Europe growing importance of the Russian language in the Internet give the basis for civilizational scenario of globalization for Russia.
