In today's Russia increased role of civil society in addressing the problems of military- patriotic education. Formation and development of military-patriotic organizations advocating for sustainable transformation and reform of the armed forces indicates the viability of civil society as an instrument of democratic control. Objective - identify and characterize a subject position of military- patriotic organizations in the Russian public policy. The data obtained revealed the stages of formation and transformation of subjectivity military-patriotic organizations in public policy, which are inextricably linked to the overall evolution of the institutions of civil society.
