Annotation

The impact of heterogeneity of social space , as a result of the process of glocalization, on the role of social networks in public policy is examined in the article. The authors analyze pre-modern, modern, postmodern and antimodern networks, assess how they influence the development of civil society , reveal their destructive and constructive potential .
