In this article the authors of reviews and analyses the role and importance in the past and the present time, representatives of the German Diaspora in history, culture, architecture of the city of Astrakhan. The tradition of the representatives of German culture became an integral part of the cultural heritage of the region. To a certain extent, these traditions have left their mark on the culture of many ethnic groups of the region. The following statement is true, that many representatives of German culture have made a great contribution to the development of culture, trade, health care, science city of Astrakhan. The decision on creation of the «Russian-German house» in the city. Astrakhan was made at the XI of the intergovernmental Russian-German Commission.
