Annotation

In article process of «Muslim revival» in regions of the Volga region in a context of a state policy of Russia in relation to the Muslim organizations is considered. The author of article analyzes the main aspects of the state and islamic relations on examples of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, the Astrakhan and Saratov areas. History of relationship of the Russian state and the Russian islam and the most important aspect of this relationship – a state policy of Russia in relation to the muslim population, the analysis of positive experience and mistakes – one of the most important problems of national history. The muslim community of the Volga region is the most numerous and organized among other «muslim» regions of Russia. The most islam regions of the Volga region – the Republic of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, draw to themselves the majority of regional muslim communities. Active process of «revival» of islam mentioned also Astrakhan, Saratov and Samara areas. The great attention is given to the analysis of activity of Spiritual managements of muslims in the field of education, education and charity.
