At the current stage customs policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan is inseparably linked with transformations directed for the stabilization of the economy, finances and also foreign-economic activity ed of the country. The main directions of customs policy at the current stage are transfered to new forms, preservation of all historically gained merits and use of world experience. Subordinate legislation plays a vital role in the field of regulation of customs legal relationships. Orders and instructions of State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan are also considered as regulatory legal acts of customs bodies. Separate acts regulating customs rules are included in the documents of other fields - Criminal, Criminal Procedure, Civil, Civil Procedure Codes, Administrative Violations Code.
