During the last years the mutual crisis of nuclear weapon non-spreading has sharpened in the world. It represents in expansion of nuclear and other types of weapon, along with resources for its shipment, which international norms and mechanisms can't prevent. Among the current risks of stability and security in Caspian region it's important to mention the Karabakh conflict, the tense situations in Abkhazia, Ossetia, Chechnyd, Central Asia, and also Iran. The nuclear problem in this country can bring up the beginning of a new conflict in the region anytime. The other example of nuclear danger in the Far East of Russia can be the North Korean regime, which became capable to get close to constructing the nuclear weapon. Threatening and antagonisms between the competing sides of nuclear conflict on the Korean peninsula have remained and even intensified.
