In article results of system monitoring of a migratory situation in regions of the Southern federal district connected with studying of perception of migratory problems from outside the population are stated. The empirical data for the analysis and conclusions by the population's estimation of a condition and mechanisms of regulation of a migratory situation in the region was received during carrying out of the sociological project realised by the North Caucasian academy of public service and its partners.
